The Eco Apart Hotel Astana Nur-Sultan offers excellent value for money. The prices are very economical and the hotel provides a range of basic amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean, with the added convenience of a kitchen for guests to use. The staff are friendly and helpful, always fulfilling any requests. The hotel is also conveniently located close to a big shopping mall and the bus stop, making it easy to explore the city.
In terms of improvement, it would be great if the hotel could provide a common area dedicated to breakfast, with cereals for both children and adults. This would enhance the dining experience and cater to a wider range of preferences.

The hotel was clean and spacious, perfect for longer stays. I loved the option to cook and do laundry. The location was great, just a short walk to the huge shopping mall. The staff was kind and always ready to help.
